National Board
The National Board is the governing body of the Sorority. To be eligible, members must be alumnae who previously held leadership positions at their respective Chapters/Charters or on a National Committee. Each member has been elected to their respective positions to lead the Sorority and guide active sisters. The National Board is dedicated to the carrying out the vision of the Founders and the purpose of Kappa Phi Gamma to better the Sisterhood and society.
Subiksha Parthasarathy
Subiksha Parthasarathy joined Kappa Phi Gamma in Fall 2017 at Tau Charter. This is her second year on National Board, and first year as National President. Previously, she served as Vice President of External Affairs.
Valli Karuppiah
Valli Karuppiah crossed joined Kappa Phi Gamma at Nu Chapter in Spring 2019. This is her first year on National Board as Vice President of Internal Affairs. Previously, she served as the Regional Advisor for the Northeast Region.
Harminderjeet Kaur
Harminderjeet Kaur joined Kappa Phi Gamma in Spring 2018 at Pi Charter. This is her first year on National Board as Vice President of External Affairs.
Archana Ravishankar
Archana Ravishankar joined Kappa Phi Gamma at Theta Chapter in Fall 2016. This is second year on National Board as Vice President of Communications. Previously, she served as a Regional Advisor for the New Jersey Region.
Reena Mathew
Reena Mathew crossed into the Sorority in Fall 2019 at Phi Charter. This is her first year on National Board as the Vice President of Finance.
Swathi Potti
Swathi Potti joined the sisterhood in Spring 2019 at Lambda Chapter. This is her first year on National Board as the Executive Director of Expansion.
Sukanya Kumar
Sukanya Kumar crossed Spring 2017 at Rho Charter. This is her second year on National Board, and first as Executive Director of Alumnae Affairs. She previously served as a Regional Advisor and the VPI.
Advisory Board
The Advisory Board works with the National Board to align national goals and review proposals that will affect the Sorority at the national level. The Advisory Board reviews proposals such as changes to the National Constitution, updates to the National Board structure, and the creation of a foundation. To be eligible for the Advisory Board, one must be a Founder or a former National Board member who is at least five years removed from their undergraduate studies.
Mitzi Chamakala Chollampel
Founder
Mitzi Chamakala Chollampel is a Founder of Kappa Phi Gamma Sorority, Inc. She previously served on the National Board of Regents, leading General Operations of the Sorority.
Regional Advisors
Regional Advisors are alumnae who act as liaisons between the National Board and individual Chapters/Charters. They support active sisters in the functioning of the Sorority on individual campuses in their assigned region.
